New Care Home, Whittlesey, Peterborough
Groundworks package including initial site clearance, large reinforced foundations and lift pit, stormwater and foulwater drainage systems, extensive block paving, tarmac and topsoiled areas.
A large amount of concrete and stone was required due to the scope of this project, which meant a high volume of construction traffic passing in and out of the site each day. We regularly employed a roadsweeper to ensure that the access and surrounding roads were kept clean for the duration of the works keeping all parties happy.
