Groundworks package including strip foundations, drainage, block paving, soft landscaped areas and minor section 278 works to ensure safe entering and exiting from site.
This project was a joint venture between ourselves and Ian Hardwick LTD which the goal of delivering a small development of quality houses in the village of Stathern. The project comprises of 2nr three-bed, 2nr four-bed and 1nr five bed-houses.
They key constraint to this project was the incredibly limited access due to narrow roads adjacent the site and weight restrictions within the village. This meant that programming and coordinating deliveries was a critical task to ensure that materials could be brought onto site in a safe manner.
