Project Details:
New flats and remediation to existing flats, Peterborough
Groundworks package including trench foundations, welded storm attenuation system, foul drainage connected into existing system requiring a road closure, tarmac surfacing, block paving, slabbing and topsoiled areas.
This project was in the heart of Peterborough city center which meant that access and space were incredibly tight. To assist the principle contractor we prepared a section of the tarmac to base level which allowed for a hard-standing material lay down area which was critical as the project progressed and space continued to tighten.
